Paid Media Management Complete Guide

What is paid media management?
Paid media management is the operating system for running ads as a business process: brief the offer, structure campaigns, ship creative, monitor delivery and conversion quality, recommend pauses and increases, and report in language a non-marketer can use. It spans Meta, Google, and any other paid channel in scope. It is not a login, a screenshot, or an autopilot that moves budgets without approval.
A cadence, not a campaign
Management has a weekly rhythm: check delivery and tracking, read creative and query waste, compare platform numbers to CRM or store, write recommendations. Without a cadence, ‘management’ is a retainer for anxiety.
Both platforms, one story
Meta and Google disagree by design. Paid media management translates them into one pipeline story: what we spent, what we got, what we think, what we ask you to approve. Channel cheerleading is not management.
Testing is scheduled work
Always-on and tests both exist. Management protects tests from being killed on day two and protects always-on from being starved by random experiments. That balance is the job.
Money moves with a human
Adedon does not autonomously change budgets. Recommendations include a reason, a risk, and a reversal. Done For You still requires your approval on spend that moves. Done With You puts more of the weekly work on your team after install.
What you should see in the engagement
Named operator, access in your accounts, a report template, and a stop-the-line path if tracking breaks. If those are missing, you bought a pitch deck. The advertising OS is coming soon; this operating cadence is the live service.
Frequently asked questions
Is paid media the same as performance marketing?+−
People use both phrases. We mean Meta and Google advertising operated toward business outcomes, with reporting that admits inference.
Does management include creative?+−
It should include a creative plan. Production may be in the package or a separate line. An operator with no new ads is a caretaker of decay.
Can you manage only one platform?+−
Yes. Combined is often saner for blended CAC. Scope it explicitly.
